4月2日，柏楚电子（688188）发布公告，公司拟进行2024年度利润分配及资本公积金转增股本方案。具体方案为每10股派发现金红利21.6元（含税），同时以资本公积金向全体股东每10股转增4股，本年度现金分红总额为5.91亿元，占归母净利润的66.99%。
