4月2日，达刚控股（300103）发布公告，近日公司获悉其持股5%以上股东英奇管理的部分股份被轮候冻结。
具体情况显示，英奇管理所持有的1929万股股份被轮候冻结，占其所持股份的39.78%，占公司总股本的6.07%。该股份的轮候冻结由深圳市福田区人民法院于2025年3月27日裁定，轮候期限为36个月。
2024年前三季度，达刚控股实现收入1.23亿元，归母净利润-2763万元。
