3月31日，备受市民关注的京港澳高速杜家坎缓堵综合治理工程完工。4月1日早上8点多，记者在现场看到，曾被称为北京最堵的“杜大爷”，情况有了明显好转。通过多项综合改造措施，拥堵路段的平均通行时间缩短21分钟，提速100%。
