4月1日，华海清科（688120）发布公告，董事长路新春因工作安排辞去公司董事长、董事、董事会战略与ESG委员会主任委员和委员职务，仍担任首席科学家及核心技术人员。
总经理张国铭因到法定退休年龄张辞去总经理职务，将担任首席顾问。
2024年前三季度，华海清科实现收入24.52亿元，归母净利润7.21亿元。
