3月31日，*ST东方（600811）发布公告，财务总监任成枢因个人原因申请辞职，辞职后不再担任公司其他职务。辞职报告自送达董事会时生效，任成枢在辞职时未持有公司股份。
为确保财务工作的正常运转，公司决定由总裁李章彦代行财务总监职责，直至新财务总监的聘任工作完成。
2024年前三季度，*ST东方实现收入7.29亿元，归母净利润1.31亿元。
