财联社3月31日电，据中指院数据，2025年1-3月，百强房企销售总额为8101亿元，同比下降9.8%。其中，百强房企3月单月销售额同比下降10.6%。1-3月销售总额超百亿房企17家，较去年同期减少4家；销售额超50亿元房企38家，较去年同期减少2家。（财联社记者 李洁）
