中国银行3月30日在上交所发布公告，披露向特定对象发行A股股票预案。
根据公告，本次发行拟由财政部以现金方式认购，募集资金规模不超过1650亿元人民币，在扣除相关发行费用后将全部用于增加中国银行核心一级资本。（新华社）
