29日13时许，大关所接到群众报警，称在麻山村发现一名陌生男子，疑似迷路。接警后，民警立即赶赴现场，将该男子带回派出所，经核查，该男子是庐江县柯坦镇居民黄某明，因不熟悉地形在此处迷路。随后，民警迅速联系上黄某明的家人，将其安全接回。
