3月28日，有网友发布短视频称，哈尔滨五常市第一中学一建筑突然起火，火势迅猛。28日12时，新黄河记者联系到该校老师，对方表示，大火已经扑灭，起火点有工人施工，学生已疏散，没有人员伤亡。有拍摄者称是第一中学图书馆着火了。
