人民财讯3月28日电，贵州燃气(600903)3月28日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份的方式购买乌江能投、新动能基金和工业化基金持有的贵州页岩气勘探开发有限责任公司（简称“贵州页岩气”）100%股权，并向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。公司股票、可转债债券以及可转债转股自2025年3月31日（星期一）开市起开始停牌，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。
