金融界3月28日消息，思美传媒公告称，公司与中国光大银行股份有限公司成都分行将签订《最高额保证合同》，为全资子公司四川八方腾泰科技有限责任公司与光大银行成都分行签署的【1825 综-008】的《综合授信协议》提供保证担保，担保金额为人民币 3,000 万元。此次担保在公司 2023 年年度股东大会审议通过的担保额度范围内。
