据央视新闻消息，台湾民众党前主席柯文哲等4人因京华城案遭起诉，2025年1月2日遭法院裁定羁押禁见。
台北地方法院3月28日裁定柯文哲、沈庆京、应晓薇、李文宗4月2日起均延长羁押2月，并禁止接见、通信。
