3月28日消息，据报道，欧盟正在考虑打击包括大型科技公司业务在内的美国服务出口，以报复美国总统特朗普的关税政策，并承诺下周将采取新一轮措施。
在特朗普宣布对所有进口至美国的钢铁和铝征收25%关税后，欧盟也宣布对高达260亿欧元的美国商品征收额外关税。但欧盟官员和外交官表示，特朗普政府的行动规模要求其考虑使用更强大的贸易工具。
