人民财讯3月27日电，3月27日晚间，华安证券公告称，董事会近日收到书面辞呈，周庆华因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务，离职后将不再担任公司及参控股公司的任何职务。华安证券表示，周庆华的辞职不会影响公司的正常经营管理活动，不会对公司发展造成不利影响，并对周庆华任职期间为公司作出的贡献表示感谢。
