北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）3月27日，北京商报记者获悉，近日苏格兰食品公司The Albex Group宣布收购了手工奶酪品牌Cheese Geek的资产，具体金额未披露。这是Albex在奶酪领域的第二次收购，此前曾于2020年收购Tom Walker & Sons。Cheese Geek成立于2017年，主营手工奶酪批发及订阅服务，客户包括Sainsbury’s、Selfridges等，并曾获"龙穴"投资人Steven Bartlett支持。Albex董事Alex Daglish表示，收购将为Cheese Geek提供稳定支持，现有团队将继续运营，创始人Edward Hancock留任。未来计划通过新投资推动品牌发展。
