当地时间3月26日，乌克兰总统办公室副主任帕夫洛·帕利扎表示，此前在沙特首都利雅得举行的乌克兰和美国代表团会议上，双方并未谈及领土让步问题。帕利扎指出，乌克兰不会讨论领土让步，这是乌克兰红线。
他表示，乌美已就能源设施和黑海停火达成一致，该停火从乌克兰与美国发表联合声明之日起生效。（央视新闻）
