格隆汇3月26日丨丽珠医药(01513.HK)公告，于2025年3月26日，公司与丽珠生物订立2025增资协议，据此，公司同意以现金形式向丽珠生物增资人民币10亿元。于增资完成后，公司在丽珠生物的直接权益将由60.23%增加至66.54%。
