3月26日，中超控股（002471）发布公告，公司部分董事及高级管理人员辞职。
公告指出，刘保记因工作变动辞去董事职务及公司董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞职后将另有聘用。
蒋丽隽因工作调整辞去董事会秘书职务，但仍将担任公司副总经理。
刘保记和蒋丽隽的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
2024年前三季度，中超控股实现收入39.33亿元，归母净利润-682万元。
