3月26日，总部位于新加坡的新科工程发布2024财年年度年报，全年集团净利增至7.0230亿新元，创下新高。据披露，集团总裁兼首席执行官钟思峰上财年现金薪酬466.2403万新元，同比上升18%；现金薪酬中变动现金奖励占了最大部分，占比为70.9%，其余为薪金和福利。他也另外获得股票薪酬。
