3月25日，中原证券（601375/01375）发布公告，近日收到中共河南省委相关文件，推荐张秋云为公司董事长人选。
公司将按照相关法律、行政法规和《公司章程》的规定，尽快召开董事会会议，选举确认董事长，并履行相应披露义务。在新任董事长选举出之前，鲁智礼将继续履行董事长职责。
