陇神戎发3月24日公告，公司拟以支付现金购买甘肃药业投资集团有限公司持有的甘肃药业集团科技创新研究院有限公司（以下简称“研究院”）70%股权，交易价格为858.494万元。本次交易完成后，公司将持有研究院70%股权，研究院将成为公司的控股子公司。
