3月24日，嘉实多元债券（070015）发布公告，增聘李卓锴为基金经理。李卓锴于2025年3月22日正式任职，拥有16年的证券从业经验，曾在国家开发银行资金局从事债券投资工作，并于2017年12月加入嘉实基金管理有限公司，现任策略投资总监。共同管理本基金的其他基金经理为董福焱、李宇昂。
