据京东黑板报消息，3月24日，京东外卖宣布，上线40天，日订单量已突破100万。
京东外卖平台上已涌现大量月销订单突破2000单门店。目前，已有超45万家品质堂食餐厅为全国142城用户提供放心、可靠、好吃的餐品。
2月11日，京东宣布京东外卖上线，并启动“品质堂食餐饮商家”招募，2025年5月1日前入驻的商家，全年免佣金。
