格隆汇3月21日丨新确科技(01063.HK)公告，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度未经审核综合管理账目初步审阅，预期集团将录得亏损约4600万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则录得溢利约4000万港元。
由盈转亏乃主要由于(i)截至2024年12月31日止年度计提预期信贷亏损减值亏损拨备约2700万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度确认预期信贷亏损减值亏损拨回约1800万港元及(ii)截至2024年12月31日止年度其他收益约为3,000港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度出售附属公司收益约为2900万港元所致。
