2025年3月20日，仲景食品(300908.SZ)公告称，公司控股股东河南省宛西控股股份有限公司（简称“宛西控股”）计划以集中竞价、大宗交易的方式合计减持公司股份不超过438万股，占公司总股本的3%。公司董事杨丽、李明黎以及监事摆向荣拟合计减持95万股，占公司总股本0.65%。
