3月20日，中国移动在2024年年报中表示，2024年公司各项资本开支合计约人民币1,640亿元。2025年公司预计资本开支合计约为1,512 亿元，主要用于连接基础设施优化、算力基础设施升级、面向长远的基础设施布局以及支撑CHBN科技创新、感知提升等方面，所需资金主要来自经营活动现金流。
