2月12日（报道），湖南长沙。男子酒后被小区物业通知挪车，因为跟保安发生冲突，对方报警，因此被民警查出醉驾，驾驶证被吊销。男子认为小区道路不应该归交警管，更不应该受处罚，他把交警支队起诉到了法院。近日，长沙铁路运输法院宣判了该案，法院驳回了男子诉讼请求。
