小鹏汽车公告，于2025年3月19日向公司董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官及主要股东何小鹏有条件授予合共28,506,786股限制性股份单位，所授予限制性股份单位的购买价格为零，今日A股普通股收市价格为89.55港元。授予的限制性股份单位将分三阶段归属，分别基于股价达到250港元、500港元及750港元的绩效目标。
