财联社3月19日电，今日上午，2025年ICMA中国债务资本市场年度会议在京举行。财联社记者从会上了解到，中国人民银行相关人士指出，目前熊猫债发行主体已经扩大至外国政府类机构，国际开发机构，境外金融机构和非金融企业。截至2025年1月末，熊猫债已经累计发行超过9500亿元人民币。（财联社记者 彭科峰）
