您好。想咨询一下新站区项王东路与卧龙湖路交叉口的一片空地，前期规划是教育用地，规划建设卧龙路小学，现在一点消息都没有，周边小区都已经陆续交付。1、确认是不是教育用地？2、学校何时建设？
经核实，项王路与卧龙湖路交口西北角规划用地性质为教育用地，目前未调整用地性质。卧龙路小学已列入新站高新区2025年大建设计划，正在开展前期工作，计划年内开工。
