【财华社讯】德林控股(01709.HK)公布，集团已完成对瑞士创新资产管理机构Youngtimers AG("Youngtimers"，其股份于瑞士上市，瑞士证券交易所股票代码：YTME)约170万美元的战略股权投资，认购Youngtimers已发行股份总额的约3.0%，成为其战略股东。集团联合其家族办公室代表客户共同完成对Youngtimers合共约300万美元的投资(包括上文所载集团约170万美元的股权投资)，标志着集团"AI+全球化"战略迈出关键一步。
