剑琫呈上窄下宽的束腰梯形，器面碾琢蒲纹，通体黄褐沁色，包浆古朴，左右两边出廓饰龙纹，龙身卷曲，线条的优美。琫为古代刀剑上端的装饰物，《诗·小雅》鞞琫有珌。《传》鞞，容刀鞞也。琫上饰，珌下饰。剑饰包衣古穆，器面琢饰线条自然流畅，颇具代表性，值得收藏。
