北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）3月16日晚间，科华生物（002022）发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司高级副总裁CHEN CHAO递交的书面辞职报告。CHEN CHAO因个人原因申请辞去公司高级副总裁职务，同时一并辞去担任的公司下属子公司其他职务。
公告显示，CHEN CHAO辞职后，将担任公司顾问，继续为公司发展提供咨询与帮助。
