财联社3月16日电，据法新社报道，当地时间15日，美国国务卿鲁比奥和俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫通电话，鲁比奥向俄方通报了美国对也门胡塞武装的军事行动，称不会容忍胡塞武装在红海对美方船只持续发动袭击。法新社称，鲁比奥和拉夫罗夫还在通话中讨论结束俄乌冲突的下一阶段谈判，双方同意继续努力恢复俄美之间的沟通。 (环球网)
