财联社3月15日电，乌克兰副总理斯特凡尼希娜当地时间3月14日表示，乌克兰随时准备与美国签署矿产资源框架协议，并指出该协议文本的谈判已经完成。她表示，美方目前尚未决定何时、在什么条件下签署该协议。
