财联社3月14日电，据马普托消息，莫桑比克政府14日表示，9日晚在莫桑比克北部登陆的热带气旋“裘德”给莫桑比克多个省份带来强风、暴雨和洪涝灾害，已造成14人死亡，超过10万人流离失所。
