3月12日消息，国家金融监督管理总局泰州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，江苏兴化农村商业银行股份有限公司因超资质投资债券、对已核销贷款追偿不到位被罚款75万元。同时，嵇红霞（时任江苏兴化农村商业银行股份有限公司董事会秘书）因对已核销贷款追偿不到位，被警告并罚款6万元。曹文铭（时任江苏兴化农村商业银行股份有限公司董事长）因超资质投资债券，被罚款6万元。
