2025年3月13日，华海诚科(688535.SH)公告称，公司拟以发行股份、可转换公司债券及支付现金的方式购买绍兴署辉贸易有限公司等13名股东持有的衡所华威电子有限公司70%股权并募集配套资金。
公告指出，本次交易尚需公司股东会审议通过，并经上海证券交易所审核通过、中国证券监督管理委员会注册后方可正式实施。
