3月12日，建业地产发布2025年2月份未经审核合同销售数据。
2 月份，本集团取得物业合同销售额人民币9.9亿元，同比增长 46.7%；合同销售建筑面积163,814 平方米，同比增长47.3%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,043元，同比下降0.4%。
截至2025年2月28日止的2个月内，本集团已取得物业合同销售额人民币15.7亿元，同比增长 13.1%；总合同销售建筑面积 255,400平方米，同比增长15.9%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,139 元，同比下降2.4%。
