人民财讯3月12日电，宏景科技(301396)3月12日晚间公告，近日，公司与Y公司（简称“Y公司”、“甲方”）签署了《智算项目服务合同》，由公司按照甲方要求向甲方提供服务器、组网配套服务以及对服务器进行必要的改配服务，并提供算力服务。合同总金额为7.21亿元（含税价），合同期限为五年。
