财联社3月12日电，针对美国白宫发言人称“日本对进口大米征收700%的关税”一事，日本内阁官房长官林芳正在12日的记者会上表示，日本通过国家贸易进口的“最低进口额”部分是零关税，除此之外的进口大米按照每千克341日元征收关税。他表示，将就此事和美国方面进行进一步沟通。
