3月11日，从国家金融监督管理总局南平金融监管分局发布的行政处罚信息公开表中获悉，福建建瓯瑞狮村镇银行有限责任公司因个人贷款管理不到位，被处以40万元的罚款。
同时，该银行时任董事长蔡友限，因对个人贷款管理不到位负有责任，受到了监管部门的警告。
