北京商报讯（记者 郝彦）3月10日，苏州银行发布公告表示，该行于3月7日召开的第五届董事会第二十二次会议审议通过了关于苏州银行增资苏新基金的议案。
具体来看，苏州银行控股子公司苏新基金本次增资拟采取现有股东同比例现金增资方式，合计增资1.5亿元。苏州银行拟参与苏新基金增资涉及的总金额为8400万元。增资完成后，苏州银行持股比例维持56%不变。
