台湾民众党前主席柯文哲父亲柯承发的告别式3月10日上午举办，柯文哲于8点53分到场参加家祭。
柯文哲大约于10点17分离开告别式会场，随后坐上车返回台北看守所。当柯文哲离开后，其妻陈佩琪则是情绪激动喊出：“‘司法’迫害人权！”
