格隆汇3月10日丨苏州银行(002966.SZ)公布，本行控股子公司苏新基金管理有限公司（简称“苏新基金”）本次增资拟采取现有股东同比例现金增资方式，合计增资1.5亿元。本行拟参与苏新基金增资涉及的总金额为8,400万元。本次增资完成后，本行持股比例维持56%不变。
