近期，江苏省淮安市盱眙县龙虾抢“鲜”上市。围绕“种苗、基地、加工、标准、品牌”五大重点，盱眙龙虾上下游产业链年总产值超过300亿元，盱眙龙虾荣获中国百强农产品区域公用品牌、中国地理标志农产品等称号。
