格隆汇3月10日｜据SEDaily，三星电子近日收到材料供应商Chemtronics和设备制造商Philoptics关于开发玻璃中介板的合作提案。据悉，三星电子正在探索使用康宁玻璃开发下一代封装材料“玻璃中介层”，其目标不仅是取代昂贵的硅中介层，而且还要提高性能。
