3月6日，浦发银行公告称，近日，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于张健浦发银行董事会秘书任职资格的批复》（金复〔2025〕137号），国家金融监督管理总局已核准张健先生公司董事会秘书的任职资格。张健副行长自2025年3月5日起兼任公司董事会秘书。
