人民财讯3月6日电，龙软科技(688078)3月6日晚间公告，公司拟与公司关联方北京龙软智鑫科技中心（有限合伙）共同出资3000万元设立北京龙软时空智能科技有限公司（简称“龙软时空智能”）。其中公司以自有资金出资2100万元，占控股公司注册资本的70%。龙软科技“人工时空智能研究院”并入龙软时空智能公司。
