北京时间3月5日，NBA官方公布了2月东西部最佳球员，湖人前锋詹姆斯荣获西部月最佳。
这是詹姆斯湖人生涯中第3次获此殊荣，也是他职业生涯中的第41次月最佳。
值得一提的是，詹姆斯上一次被评选为月最佳是2020年2月，这也是他时隔整整5年再次当选月最佳球员。
